      Dealing with Impact has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Their miscommunication cost us nearly $800 because they told me (the tenant) that the lease would start in the middle of the month, but told the owner that it would start on the 1st. We were moving 1800 miles across the country and needed an address, so we signed the lease stating it started on the first while we were trying to get the miscommunication figured out my mistake, I know. Once they had the signed lease, they felt no desire to satisfy anyone but their own bottom line. The lease had so many mistakes that I made mark outs and corrections on almost every page before signing it. They charged me twice for the application fee and it has been months and I still have not received the refund. I believe that customer service means absolutely nothing to them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I should have read all the other reviews first or I would not have to be writing this one.
