Perhaps I have been to this place on two "off" nights. I cannot remember the date of the first time I went there but I do remember I was not impressed. It was around 6 in the evening on a school night; not busy at all. Had a male server who was very nice and gave us good service. The food--I had a burger--was average. My niece who is under 12 had mac and cheese. The second time was horrible. It was this year 2016; Black Friday night. Semi-busy around 7pm. The female server by the name of Carly served as if she could care less about her job. No enthusiasm or friendliness. I ordered nachos which were horrible. They were not cooked, or toasted evenly. Some places the chips were burned, other places the cheese was not melted. I had to always ask for my drink to be refilled. Again my niece was with me. She ordered from the kids menu...Mac and Cheese which was rather dry. It was not close to closing but an employee was using the electric broom (Bissell) which was not real loud but annoying. I will not return to this restaurant; I will go down the road to 54th Street or Applebee's in Wentzville.

Food was great. I do not like to see anyone cleaning the seats with the same cloth that was used on table top. Think you need to train.
