Front desk receptionist is extremely rude. She is condescending and cuts you off without clearly listening. The last two interactions I have had with her has left me in tears. If only I could talk to the doctor or the doctors medical assistant who could look at my chart and understand what I am saying. I've been a patient for years experiencing an extreme hardship and she only makes it worse. I've been on the same meds with the same routine for a long time. All she ever does is says all I can do is send a message back to the doctor. She doesn't even try to understand your reasoning. Not to mention you never hear back again. I am ready to leave this office over how she makes me feel. I am a grown adult who sees my doctor for good reason and I don't understand how she works there with no compassion. Heathcare today is bad enough without having to deal with this. She has no clue what I'm dealing with.
