      Wonderful veterinarian, Great communication, and took the time to explain problems. very thorough exam. He helped me out when my dog was having trouble over the weekend. Called back quickly, and even came in on Sunday afternoon to make sure their were no additional problems after having her puppies. Very knowledgable, and up to date on current procedures and medications. Would strongly reccomend to my family and friends. Glad he joined Citrus Animal Clinic.

      Citrus Animal Clinic's goal is to take every opportunity to nurture the human-animal bond. It is our belief that this goal is best achieved through education and compassion, in the hopes of a lifelong relationship with the pet and his or her family. We strongly believe in educating owners about their pets, including both preventative care and ongoing medical problems. It is part of our philosophy to offer owners all their options and to work with them to come up with the preventative or treatment plan that is the most in tune with the needs of their pet and themselves. Our practice specializes in the care of cats, dogs, cattle herd work, and limited equine in the Highlands County area. Services offered include preventative care, internal medicine, surgery (soft tissue and orthopedic), dentistry, senior wellness, radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and comprehensive anesthesia monitoring equipment for every patient, and more.
