Just got home from purchasing my second vehicle from Vince and Amy. Thank you again!!! I can't imagine buying from anyone else ~ it's THAT easy :)............Renee 4/3/15
This dealer's supposed motto is "Remember, We Make it Easy". They do make it easy, ON THEMSELVES!! I paid $150 extra (above the price of the car) to have a car delivered to an easy to find parking lot just off a very easy to find interstate exit. Their drivers wound up 45 minutes late about 5 miles south of the correct location. And I had to call the drivers to find out where in the world they were. And the driver would not even bring the car to where I was because he was still completely unaware of where the interstate was. I had to get a ride to where he was!! Later, when I contacted the Kolb's and calmly told them about the very poor quality delivery service and that they should refund the $150 I paid, they became very defensive, saying things like "anyone can take a wrong turn in unfamiliar territory" and Vince Kolb insulted me with a very derogatory comment about my character. I suggest you completely avoid this dealer unless you take every possible precaution against them giving you poor service for what you paid. They want MONEY MONEY MONEY and once I paid them, they seemed very unconcerned about treating me like they valued my business. Find some other place to buy a car that will treat you like a person, not a "stash of money", because that is how I feel the Kolb's very unprofessionally treated me.
