I have used this repair shop for many years. The owner is always friendly and nice. He's very organized and does high quality work. When I checked online today to check open hours, I was shocked to read the Anonymous review.

I brought in a pair of $270.00 pair of Allen Edmonds Shoes and was told with limited English,as I could barely understand the repairman as he mumbled that they could not be repaired, the shop was very dirty and cluttered and the repairman was rather rude. A good friend told me to try no other shop other than New Shoes Professional Shoes Recrafters & Pedorthic Center in downtown Tigard. I did and what a striving business, wow!. I knew that I was in the best shop around as there were customers lined up to the front door. I finally got up to the drop off counter and was pleasant surprised that my favorite pair of $270.00 shoes were defined as more than worthy of repair.
