Horrible customer service. Was going to have a cake made and give them my $$ and I spoke with Kelly about the cake i wanted. I told her my wife birthday was coming but she had the coupon in her email and i wanted to surprise her without letting her know. She wouldn't honor the $3 off. This is ridiculous!
