Went in to get my wedding dress altered because it was many sizes too big. Came in days before the big day to pick it up, tried it on, and it still didn't fit! When I brought it to their attention they pointed out each spot they made alterations to. As if that would change the fact that the dress was hanging off of me. They took measurements again, and told me it would be another 60 dollars to do the new job. And that was 50% off! Because apparently when I went in the first time they thought I only wanted the front half to fit me and completely ignored the back! And they said they would add clasps to the built in bra, which they didn't do either. Completely unimpressed! WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THESE MONEY HUNGRY JERKS. Heres hoping I don't lift my arms at all during the day.
