By far the worst contractor experience in my lifetime. I suggest one look elsewhere for their roofing needs. It was a most unfortunate decision to have hired them to do my roof.

I had a roof installed by Lake Orion Roofing during October,2012. Getting a new roof installed is never really a pleasant thing, but Lake Orion did a great job. First, they were on time whether it was for an appraisal or installation. Secondly, they were knowledgeable.They explained the entire process and the reasoning behind the actions needed to complete the job. They treated all questions with respect. Thirdly, the personnel involved were all professional . All worked hard to get the job done on time.

Fourthly, they completed the job promptly and did a complete cleanup.We had a tear off as well as an installation. I would recommend them.

Customer Satisfaction Above All Else? Sadly, not my experience with this roofing company. I'd advise all to continue your search for a roofer. Beware.. the sales department professional "arts and charts" presentation. It looked good, sounded great, appeared thorough and was theultimate reason we went with this company. However, the professional sales job did not equate to or result in a dependable work crew, good workmanship and just getting what I'd PAID FOR... a decent roof. In addition, this company is very skilled at dodging unhappy customers.. makes you wonder how many times before this has happened. Overall, a very bad experience that was costly on many levels..
