Beware they don’t treat regular customers very well and furthermore aren’t very truthful ...I have been going for 7 months weekly...I blamed myself for my eyelashes not staying on and glue being clumpy I was told the glue reconstitutes it self and even “scolded” about being told not to use face wash with lotion ...after consulting with another salon I was told the glue doesn’t reconstitute they get clumpy from to much glue and not removing the grown out extensions ...the last time I was here 2 weeks ago Beth used so much glue that my regular lashes couldn’t hold the weight came out in clumps so I had to switch to volume lashes to cover the spaces when I went to another salon last week after I drove 25 mins to an appt that was confirmed by Vagaro like every week before and I get there and they are closed...the only difference this time on my part is I booked with her daughter so I had to go somewhere else ...now I am being told that they don’t want to do on and off of someone else’s work when they caused me to go else where ....and I was “snippy” because I was not happy about they’re mistake...my mistake was coming back expecting to talk about the lash issues and hopefully resolve it and to be treated like the regular client I have been almost weekly for 7 months and in that time never a screw up by Vagaro I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated ...you should treat your regular clients better that is your life line ....
