I highly reccommend Guruv Yoga because of the great instructors there..in particular Tymi Howard. She works with you and your limitations helping you achieve the best pose possible for you.

This brand new yoga studio in Lake Mary offers a variety of classes, so that people of all different levels can find something just for them. Tymi, the director, is an excellent yoga teacher. She is really inspirational. The studio is beautiful and well equiped.
