I am having a bed bug issue at my apartment and this is the company they have a contract with. I developed a rash on my forearms weeks ago and checked my bed for bed bugs at the beginning. I didnt see any evidence whatsoever. I was put on medication to help as the doctor didnt know what it was and we figured i may be allergic to something. Meds didnt help and it just got worse. Fast forward to a few days ago. I see a bed bug on my wall and go to check the corner of the bed near my head and notice the outlet right there is INFESTED and covered with bug "dirt"! The Goliath tech my front office sent out was supposed to do an inspection before treatment. NOPE! The "inspection" was him standing in the middle of my room, looking at the outlet and saying "yeah, I can see you have them", then beginning to spray. What about the rest of my apartment? These bugs travel! I asked him if he could find out where they came from and treat there as well. He looked at me dead serious and told me it was my bed. INNNNSISTED it was my bed. The same mattress, boxsprings and base I have had for a minimum of 5 years, never an issue until now, suddenly caused a huge infestation within the wall by way of an electricsl outlet, of ALL places! Nevermind that I have slept on the bed nearly every night for over 5 years. Thats like sleeping at a hotel room with an all you can eat buffet INSIDE YOUR ROOM! Why would you leave?? Absolutrly appalled, I explain that I was not ready for treatment yet. I work a lot, get home late and had no time to properly prepare. He told me he was going to do me a favor and shot liquid directly into a live electrical outlet! Are you kidding me? He is scheduled to come back Monday, but I have called the front office and told them I am not at all comfortable with this company, their ineffective treatments (this place needs to be BAKED, not sprayed), total lack of knowledge and incapability to perform a thorough inspection to treat properly.

My apartment complex uses them and what a waste of a company ! I've had ant problems since I moved in and Goliath has come to control it 5 times and it only gets worse. It spread from only the kitchen to my entire apartment ceilings and carpet. Calling BBB in the morning license should be revoked!
