      I thought by going local that I would receive excellent service. Everyone here seemed not to care and just made excuses about why my tires needed to be re-balanced after I overpaid for my 'Z' rated tires. Not only has VanKleeck's lost my family's business, but I am expressing my unsatisfaction to my co-workers.
