I have been boarding my dog here for years and they take good care of her. She is always happy to go there.

I would not even give them 1 star but to leave a review you have to leave at least 1 star. Was bringing my dog here for several years for grooming & boarding. The gal at the desk was very nice but the owner is rather crabby & rude. Over the past year noticed some changes in my dogs grooming....I'd pick her up & she still smelled . Then I bring her in again & this time when I pick her up she was definitely not groomed she had food in her beard (Schnauzer), her nails not clipped & she smelled worse than when I brought her in. I called them back & let them know. They said "Oh well the groomer must have been rushed" I paid them about $65 for nothing but a clip. They tell me bring her right back & they will take care of it. Ok did that but shouldn't have had to tie up a whole day getting my dog groomed (they insist you deliver your dog at 8am & call you in the afternoon for pick up ). I foolishly bring my dog back the next month...this time she is clean but is limping...the desk gal takes my dogs leg & pulls it back stretching it says she trying to see if that helps. My dog is squealing I tell her to stop.Then she says to me & I quote "oh I noticed when I brought her back to the groomer she was limping". This is a lie, because it was 8am & having several people dropping off their dogs for grooming & she didn't bring my dog back to the groomer.This time the groomer actually came out to get my dog which was unusual. So either the groomer twisted my dogs leg or my dog was left unattended/ untethered & jumped off the table. My husband or I would know if our dog was limping when we brought her in. Well next day I had to take my dog to the vet which cost me some big bucks for Xrays etc to find out she has damage to her knee (cruciate ligaments and its patella). With this last grooming incident with the knee injury was reported to them & they never apologized or offered to pay toward the vet bill so now they lost my monthly $65. grooming fee+ the hefty boarding fees that I pay 1-2 times per year. Then RE: their boarding facility I used their boarding facility months prior & had to pay them extra to give her some medication she was on & even supplied the food.When I picked my dog up there was a lot of food left & it didn't appear that she was given her medication as instructed. Well 3 strikes & your out.
