We are a locally owned and operated franchise located on the corner of Randall and Algonquin Roads. We have a full-service grooming salon and self-service dog washes. We also have online ordering where you can buy online and pick up when it's convenient for you. Come on in, or we'll bring it to your car. We provide a wide selection of natural, raw and name-brand pet foods, treats and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, reptiles and fish. Bill Slottag has been a Store Team Lead since 2009 and has earned a Certified Pet Nutrition Advisor certification from Michigan State. He is an avid animal lover and proud parent of a Boxer and wide variety fish in his 210-gallon aquarium. Shynell Owen is the Assistant Store Team Lead and has been in retail for over a decade and is the proud parent of a beautiful stray dilute calico cat and a Boxer named Peanut. Danielle and Mackenzie are the Store Key Leads who are also proud parents of multiple pets - almost a virtual zoo between them. Together the entire Lake in the Hills team are committed to delivering exceptional service by providing a positive, trustworthy and neighborly environment for the neighbors and their pets.
