Paid for emergency services this weekend close to $500.00 and furnace wasn't fixed and were going to charge another service fee to come out. They are not truthful about 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed.
I have been completely satisfied with my experience with Approved Comfort. They quickly diagnosed my furnace issue and I agreed to replace on my terms with no high pressure sales tactics. Their prices were great and their service and professionalism was superb throughout the entire process. I am not living comfortably and with piece of mind. Thank you.
I only wanted to comment that if you are looking to truly save your money, and not waste it, then Approved Comfort is the only the company to deal with. The quality of work is far above anyone else in the area we have ever dealt with (and we have dealt with a few of the big names and little names in our years here). We love how passionate they are about taking care of their customers and would strongly suggest those who need a furnace and/or an A/C to go with Approved. The sales, service, and technicians are 1 in a million!!!!
I have been a long-time customer of Approved, in fact, I have been with them since 1993. They are the only trustworthy company I would ever deal with when it comes to my heating and cooling needs. Yes, I have "tested" other companies, to make sure I have made the right choice by sticking with them for so long- and I am glad to be with them. I am sure other people have their likes and dislikes, but Approved is honest, friendly, very smart, professional, and I feel as if they really do care about me. They have very reasonable flat rate pricing (which I love because you know everything upfront before saying Yes), and when I needed equipment they gave me the best brands to choose from, a valuable offer (with free maintenance for 5 years can you believe it!), and the install job could not be beaten (I compared ours to my neighbors who used a competitor). Let's just say my neighbor signed up with Approved's preferred member and cleaning plans instead of the company they paid MORE money to for less equipment and services. Stick with Approved, that's what I do and we have been very grateful for it!
what great reviews! we have also purchased equipment and had services performed by approved comfort. they are really great, and since i noticed everyone writing reviews i wanted to add my 2 cents as well. i agree they are the best company around and recommend everyone to use them. i can even purchase my filters from them (and my sister in michigan also purchases her filters from approved comort- i was shocked they have a national filter business). they have you covered all the way around!
I was referred by Bill because of the great service he received. I actually needed a new Air Conditioner and was surprised by not only how quickly approved comfort responded to my needs, but the installation was unbelievably perfect. Service, price, attention to detail- i couldnt have asked for a better company to deal with!
I found you guys on yellow pages, and I don't know what the other person is talking about. I was not charged any labor rates, in fact the flat rate service saved me a few hundred dollars compared to what other companies in the area quoted me. I wish I had used Approved Comfort sooner than I did. 2 thumbs up to you guys, and thank you for the best customer service I have ever received!
Approved Comfort is Now a Flat Rate Company. It is a complete service call, and to repair or maintain is one up front investment total in writting, that must be authorized before any work is started. No matter how long any job takes, the price quoted is the price paid.
I've never seen such incompetence! Both guys told me all their service guys are sub-contractors! After they sent two different guys over to try and fix my furnace without any success. The first guy (after I convinced him i wasn't replacing my 4 year old furnace) seemed more interested in locking down some side work because he said he was also a plumber and the second guy (again tried to influence me to replace my 4 yr old furnace) tried to back pedal as to why he couldn't fix my furnace because he said he was an apprentice heating guy & an electrician by trade. Holy cow! Needless to say they left me without heat for two days, do yourself a favor and never consider them for anything!
Beware-- Do not use their services. They charge $25 per 15 minutes and any fraction there after, so on a 65 minute call they charge $125. Not fair customer service they should charge by the job.
