The WORST imaging center I have ever been too. Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes, to then have a patient who had arrived after me be taken back before me! Also extremely rude receptionist. Wouldn't suggest going here.

I just recently had a Mammogram done here and did not even wait 10 min before they called me back. The lady was extremely nice & professional. I have always found from the Front Desk to the Back area always to be friendly and helpful and able to answer all my questions. In Havasu it is not always easy to find friendly, but here that is the word I would use often.

i have been around az and tx. i have never had a radiology center that cannot get ins approval for a procedure. why is this one insistant that the dr office do it? how can i give it any stars if i cant even get in?

the "hands on" staff is great but billing staff lied to me and said they accepted "cigna" insurance when they, in fact, are not contracted. sent me a bill for $780.00. buyer bewar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
