      Havasu Regional Medical Center is a JCAHO-accredited, Medicare-certified 138-bed hospital. As a community hospital and a regional referral center for health care, Havasu Regional Medical Center offers a broad and comprehensive scope of services in all of the major medical disciplines. A medical staff of more than 100 affiliated physicians represents a broad cross-section of expertise in nearly 30 medical specialties. The center provides 24-hour emergency service with full-time emergency physicians on duty. The hospital has also earned an ALS Base Hospital Certificate from the State of Arizona, authorizing medical direction and support of pre-hospital care providers, such as fire department and ambulance personnel. The hospital is a subsidiary of LifePoint Hospitals, one of the nation's largest hospital companies focused on providing health care services in non-urban communities. Established in 1999, it owns and operates more than 50 general acute health care hospitals in over 20 states. Its non-urban operating strategy has resulted in enhanced medical services, dedicated physician recruitment, state-of-the-art technology and capital resources and a new level in medical services. Havasu Regional Medical Center maintains a location in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
