Bow Wows is excellent in caring and grooming my dogs. They are the only ones I take them to. I tried A cut above prior to Bow Wows and they are nothing more than a cut below. Bow Wows is our place!!!

I left a review 8/29 (yesterday) regarding the fact that my dog was injured at this establishment while being groomed. Not only was I not informed of his injuries, when I went back to ask what happened the groomer told me she didn't know he was injured, which is impossible. I wrote a letter to the owner and he called and was practically screaming at me and interrogating me and calls my letter "a challenge" and also says after speaking with his employees there are several discrepancies. This is ridiculous. I have pictures of my dogs injuries and I might add he or no one has ever apologized for his injuries or asked how he's doing. Do not take your pet to this establishment. I'm in the process of filing in small claims court for the return of the charges I paid.
