I rented a pontoon boat for the weekend and had a positive experience. Very friendly staff and they answered all of our questions. The boat was in decent shape and the staff documents and photographs preexisting dents before you go out. I will definitely be a returning customer!

We recently rented a boat and other equipment from Arizona Watersports for 3 days and had a great experience. This was our second time renting from them so we knew what to expect...we showed up on time and were patient while we inspected the boat to get on the water the first day. They are thorough in the inspection and review of the boat, which I appreciated so that something was not later blamed on us that was there originally. Tony and Felicia were great in the office and reviewed the contract and details very well. The guys that picked up and dropped off each day were great as well. If you're renting in Lake Havasu I'd definitely recommend Arizona Watersports. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Service was commendable. They delivered the boat to the public ramp and they were on time. We were scheduled to pick up the boat at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. They offered to deliver it the night before but we weren't going to arrive until late Friday night so we had to decline. When we went to return the boat at 4 p.m., they saw us pull to the ramp and they were right there waiting for us. That was great! They even allowed us to get into and off the boat on shore so we didn't have to go in the cold river water. That was kind of nice!

I was vacationing with my family and our boat broke down on the very first day. My kids were bummed so I decided to rent a boat from Arizona Water Sports. Their staff was professional and the boat was roomy & fast! The manager, Blain even called a local repair shop to have them look at my broken boat and get it repaired for me. This company great! I highly recommend them.
