General Info

We are a family-run martial arts school specializing in Shaolin Kempo Karate, self-defense for women and Chinese Medical Qigong. We also offer popular workout classes like Zumba, Kickboxing and now T'ai Chi, and are open to offering more in the future based on demand. We focus on kids' character development, self-esteem especially in standing up against bullying, and promote a martial arts philosophy that emphasizes strength of mind as well as body. We have a rolling curriculum which enables students to join in anytime without having to worry about catching up with the rest of the class. Students can train in group classes, or get individual attention through private lessons. A variety of seminars and workshops at all levels are also held throughout the year to cater to a wide range of interests.
