I was very venerable and upset when I called and told them I need a residential treatment facilities and there program is not that it's a php program and then they charge you money on top of that for living and food but don't tell u that tell after I agreed to come down and check out the facility before committing to 90 days and I felt so pressured to not even go home and tell them goodbye come to find out the real truth it's what I was told was opposite then what the truth was be carful thank god I came from treatment background or I wouldn't have caught it and not received the care I need once I told the lady I was dealing with that there was one thing wrong all the sudden she was no help and here is an 800 number and a suicide crisis line have a good day ..... Wow so unprofessional and to do it to people who are in crisis or such a low point is discusting
