I called the shop for a price regarding smog testing. They asked for my vehicle information and quoted me a price of $49 which they said included the certificate. I found a coupon for $19.95 off in the Weekender PennySaver magazine. I went to the shop where the paperwork they had me sign showed a price of $49.95 plus $8.25 for the certificate and then I gave them my coupon for $19.95 off. Nothing was said to me about the coupon. They smogged my vehicle. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $58.20. I explained to them that was the wrong price. I was quoted a price of $49 over the phone and I had a coupon for $19.95 off. The owner argued with me and then told me to leave. He was not going to transmit my passed smog test to the DMV. I have no problem paying for my smog at the quoted price BUT this company was very deceptive with the pricing. I am sure they have done this to many people. Very deceptive.
