I have done a few home mortgage REFIS in my life but this was a nightmare of redundancy and lacking pertinent correspondence between us and them. Interesting that they brag on customer service and 30 day REFIS on their website, ours took over 2 months with lots of correcting and ended up not being in accordance with the original agreement. Never to use these people again.
