On 8/26 I stopped by Focal Computer Repair in Lake Forest, Ca. To inquire about a computer concern with Tony, the owner. Tony was so knowledgeable, personable, professsional, and with a keen sense of humor. He came to the house and attempted to repair it on the spot but couldn't do so as it ended being a severe viral issue. I asked him to take it in the shop and to repair it. You can take the computer in yourself for a little less $$$ but I am not savvy enough to disconnect & would compromise the computer.Tony does everything to save a customer money. He is very fair. He took it in, repaired it, and returned it to me within a few hours. When he came back to reconnect it, he explained everything thoroughly.
