Steamboat Bills is a local seafood restaurant in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Our story began in 1982 when Kathi Bonamici Vidrine and her 3 daughters found themselves in the coastal community of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Kathi then developed an unrelenting dream for success. Kathi realized it was her calling to be an entrepreneur and began her journey as a businesswoman in the shrimping industry and eventually went on to open two locations for Steamboat Bill's with the help of William "Bill" Vidrine, a local fisherman.
