I called yesterday to see about getting a front end alignment. I was told by the woman in the office they open at 730, arrive early to get in line people are served in the order in which they arrive. I arrived this morning at 0645 being the only car there I just parked in front of the service bay. There was no door labeled entrance or signage stating where the line started. Other vehicles began to arrive. I went up to an employee asking where to sign in for the line he instructed me to drive around the side of the building. I drove around the front as instructed parked and walked in to find there were 12 people already signed up. I told the gentleman behind the desk that I had been waiting by the service bay and his reply was “you should have come to the line” I told him I needed a front end alignment his reply was “oh your going to need a tie rod changed also” I told the gentleman that I had already brought the car to a mechanic and everything was checked the gentleman then replied in a very demeaning tone “we will need to change the tie rod” I again stated that I just needed a front end alignment The gentleman replied well your going to be here all day. I grabbed my keys and left. I have never been talked to in this manner. Just awful customer service taking down to a woman. Very unprofessional employees.
