      I was the first person there on a Saturday morning for a "free screening for Lasik". Door still locked, paper out front still. Few minutes later they open up a little after nine. Appointment was at 9:15. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05. They actually waited until 9:15 to call me back. Still only patient there. I go through the preliminary eye exam by assistant. She goes to the back and tells the Doctor that I am ready. I hear her tell him, but he his more concerned with the history of Dr Pepper and Root beer instead of going to look and he actually says "whats more important". I am hearing this all go on. This goes on for over 5 minutes. Needless to say I got up and walked out without seeing the doctor and no one noticed because no one called to find out why I left. I guess they do not need my money that much since they seem not at all concerned about customer service.
