after an hour and forty two minutes of being ignored, the food began to trickle in bit by bit, with the children's food coming LAST. the table next to us had ordered shortly after we were seated, and had their food after we got our drinks TWENTY EIGHT minutes later. the waitress came to take our order after THIRTY NINE minutes. no offers for refils, no one asking if we were okay. we weren't even given silverware until my brother in law's wife complained (vocally, i'm proud) to the waitress. there was NO manager on hand, i asked for a manager and one poor waitress was selected by the pack to deal with us. we arrived at 6:41 exactly. at 8:52 we left rather disgruntled. the waitresses refused to give us any sort of a discount, and worst of all, GANGED up on us by defending each other and being QUITE rude. i was not allowed to speak with a manager over the phone when the waitress called her. the food was cold and they offered to reheat it. i wonder what the health inspector would say about
