I sold my house through Jane Lee in June 2013. She was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and conceited. Very engaging in our initial meeting and told me she could sell my house at a price I liked. I spent over $2K on improvements she recommended. Once she convinced me to list through her, I was told that I had to have all contact through her secretary and not to contact Jane Lee directly. On the rare occasions I did speak to her, she was extremely pushy about accepting any offer, even though they were below the minimum she originally promised me. When I didn’t accept the low-ball offers, she became agitated, rude and even more shockingly, SWORE AT ME. When I told her the price was less than what she had convinced me to list the house for she said, “I am not God.” It got so contentious that I refused to speak with her. I wanted to end our contract, but she threatened to sit on it for 1 year & I couldn't sell it with anyone else.
