Literally the worst experience 2 years in a row. Last year, they never showed up for their appointment and didnt call. When I called they said they'd reschedule, they never did. Tried again this year, they were supposed to call a neighbor up the road 10 minutes before arriving since they couldnt give a time theyd be there I couldnt wait all day. I called to remind them and the old man said that his son was running late so itd be a while. not 10 minutes later a woman calls screaming at me that her son is at my house and SOMEONE needs to let him in NOW. I explained I just talked to the man in the office who told me his son would be a while, and his son knew weeks ago when I made the appointment, as well as was reminded this morning, to call ahead of time. She was EXTREMELY rude and demanded someone get to the house now or theyd charge me and not perform the service. Then, I got home from work to a house that 55 because they never hit the reset button on my furnace so it never kicked back on. Now, a wekk alter, something is wrong with my fuel line... wouldn't they have seen that if they actually did any work? I will NEVER go through them again.
