I can't say enough about how caring these people are. My neighbor told me about this hospital and I decided to check it out before bringing my dog in for a visit. I was greeted by Georgia and told her that I was a dog owner looking for a new vet. She answered all my questions and I even got a tour. Don't let the "strip mall" feeling of the outside make the decision for you, this place is bigger then you think. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place. I've been to some vet offices where even the front lobby smells like urine. After my tour, and meeting some of the other staff members, I will definitely be calling them soon for a check up, for my dog that is.

Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! I've been going to Marina Hills Animal Hospital for about 3 years now and I always get a smiling face. I just love that my dog pulls me into the office, even after he was neutered, and gets greeted with hugs and treats. It's like going to an old friends house where you feel so comfortable and safe. I highly advise anyone to bring your furry family member to this hospital.

This animal hospital and the people who work there are very dedicated to taking care of the animals and the pet owner. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Simon for my cats ear infection and he was the best ever. I understood everything he said and I was able to get my kitty taken care of reasonably. I would send all my friends and family to Marina Hills Animal Hospital if I could, some don't live here, because from the doctors to the staff I felt welcomed and that my baby was in loving caring hands. Did you know that they were even voted Best Animal Hospital In OC! It's true!

BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO MARINA HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL Because I was shocked and had the belief that making this type of call was (and absolutely should be) only made by the Dr., I immediately drove to the animal clinic (located in the Laguna Heights shopping center, next to CVS) to talk with the treating Dr. The Dr. told me that she was just as shocked as I was and that she had learned about what was happening at the same time I did. This meant that the particular assisting tech had circumvented the treating Dr. altogether and independently made the atrocious and appalling decision to call my pet in and make the false report solely on her own accord, without anyone else in the clinic knowing about it until the next morning when Mission Viejo animal control showed up to seize my pet. The Dr. stated that someone had made a call to animal control and (falsely) reported that my cat was catching BATS and that he had a fever! The Dr. was pathetic.

I highly recommend Marina Hills Animal to anyone! I have never even written a review on something like this before but I was so impressed by them I wanted to make sure to pass on the good news about them. I have tried a number of vets in Orange County and Dr. Asha has been the only one to take the time to really talk to me about my cat and make me feel comfortable. They don't rush you at all, and are happy to even take the time to answer questions over the phone. Dr. Asha and Sue from Marina Hills really made me feel at ease with a recent situation with my Bengal cat...the customer service is outstanding and they really seem to care about the animals. I even got a follow-up call today from then just checking up to see how my cat was doing. Ive never had a vet do this, so Im very impressed. I highly recommend them! Krissy and Lulu

I was and remain very impressed with the care they give each EVERY time I call. The office staff are all very patient, knowledgable and caring. They never seem too busy (although I know they often are) to handle my questions. It's a comfort knowing that Dr. Simon or Drs. Stephens or Mruthyunjaya are nearby. Geographically there are many closer but by land, but none that we found closer to our pets and family.
