Pole Fitness and Core Conditioning

We are an alternative fitness studio in Laguna Niguel offering both group and private classes in pole fitness and full body/core conditioning, as well as coaching in nutrition and health & wellness. Our classes offer cutting edge exercise programs that are designed to help you increase strength, build self-confidence and encourage self-expression. Kinetic Fitness offers 8 permanent spinning/stationary poles and is dedicated to safety first by providing thick safety mats and using thicker poles (for less flex ). All instructors are trained to properly assist students, and keep up to date with state of the art equipment and techniques. You will also find stability balls, dumbbells, sandbags, TRX equipment, Tornado Balls, and balance boards to name a few. We use ?real-world? movements and a circuit training environment to give you a time efficient workout that delivers overall fitness results.
