Glenn was what I look for: he did what I needed, didn't overcharge, told me what to look for if there might be future problems with the age of my door but didn't try to sell me a whole new door right now! He was personable and knowledgeable, on time and charged what I expected. I never write reviews unless I am really happy, so this is why I'm recommending this company.

Glenn Gross of Entry Systems is truly a Garage Door SPECIALIST! Ian returned my weekend voicemail for service, first thing this morning. Glenn was at my home right on time. Glenn knows his systems. My Liftmaster had been installed by Entry Systems in 2004 for my beautiful custom wooden garage door and maintained every 3-4 years. Today the reverse needed repair, the overhead light was out and rattles were making noise. Glenn inspected and clearly showed me options for repair and/or upgrades with costs and timeframes. I chose to upgrade to a state of the art belt system. Glenn had all the parts and upgrades on his truck and installed the new system, tested all accesses, programmed my 2006 classic car, added the Liftmaster ap to my Android and MOST IMPORTANT: trained me on all of it.
