General Info

I am primarily a cognitive-behavioral therapist but have an eclectic style. I like to give clients tangible, concrete tools they can walk away from each appointment. While many people see me for psychotherapy, I also see clients for executive coaching. I am very good at working with individuals, couples, families, and teens. My style is direct and empathic. I don't just listen and nod. I believe every client should get professional insight into their particular situation and I believe clients should get solid and usable feedback from therapists.
