I called them to take care of my dryer and refrigerator a few weeks ago. Some guy that didnt speak english came out and didnt know what to do. He was trying to call all these other people and figure out what is wrong with my appliances and he couldnt. I still had to pay him the service call fee. I called an other company in OC and they came out right the way and fixed it on the spot within an hour! Do not use this company because they are shady!
