Sunday, June 23rd, we placed an order for pick-up. When arriving home with the order (5 minutes away), we found the hamburgers ordered were wrong, one was chard black and the other was rare in the middle. Both were ordered as medium well. The fries with all 3 meals were cold and had the texture of rubber, so they could not be eaten. The cole slaw served with one of the meals tasted as if sat out all day and was uneatable....With food quality like this for the car pick-up, I am not interested in ever eating at Applebee's again ! ! We visited the restaurant while in Lagrange. It was the worst meal we have ever ate and really poor service. To be honest the food was nasty. Don,t get me wrong we have alway,s loved Applebee,s but we live in Louisville,ky and we have alway,s been happy with the food and service we get in louisville.

Applebees really has a homey atmosphere and they have one of the best bartenders I have ever met (Loren). The crowd of regulars is friendly and the live music on Saturday nights is great.

Great menu, something for everyone. Drinks are a bit high at 2.19.

I enjoy going to this Applebees and ordering steak and a beer!
