Shareesh or whoever was the NP I saw after paying $375. Would not prescribe till came back in a week. Charged $175. more and despite full med documentation and perfect success and records from HI wrote fentynl which I told her caused problems. Had psycho reactions and depressed breathing. I can't imagine a more stubborn person that couldn't seem to hear what this old white guy who was living a high quality of life before shared with her the information she needed to simply treat someone who had a successful, no problems chronic pain treatment for years. Heard the Dr. and the other male NP are much better but I won't get that chance to find out.After all, they got an easy $550.00 from a guy on SS and SSI that I am still paying back. So graphically that's my experience there and I was since told other horror stories.

Brittney is the rudest person I have ever met in an office setting. This place is also a crap hole. It's nothing like the picture on there website. Dr Mitchell is a nice guy but not a good Doctor. His diagnosis of what I had was so far off that my orthopedic Doctor laugh. They only use Veritas Labs which charges $2600 to test your urine. These people are crooks.

Office staff is slow, unorganized, Christy is extremely rude. 4 hour wait times.
