Do NOT allow these people to fix anything! They are crooks. They don't tell you they don't give refunds and they only guarantee their work 30 days. They refused to give my iPad back to me, and threatened to call the police. I should've let them. They are NOT certified Apple technicians. They lied about when it would be ready, and when I called, the person on the phone said he was at another location and he'd have them call. That was the same man in the store.

I took in an IPhone that would not work. I was told the screen was bad, and had it replaced. That did not fix it but they kept it a few more days then said it was fixed. I bought a case and left. The phone was unlocked when I took it in, now it is locked and useless. I spent $200 there for nothing
