I've bought local here for years because I believe in helping small business. Unfortunately after today I'll drink Exxon coffee before ever giving them my business. The"OWNER" gave horrible customer service . Askew came to drive thru window took my order which she already knew because I've been buying my beverages from her for years. I sent a text exactly after she took my order and waited...oh I tried to tell her to add a muffin to my purchase but she cut me off and went to male my mocha..I waited still...thinking I'll add the muffin when she brings my much needed coffee and I waited..I sent another text explaining I'm now winning late because I've been in line waiting on my coffee for now OVER 20 MINUTES! Ok being its Lago I felt it would be in bad taste to just drive off so I drive around to go inside...at this point I'm thinking maybe something happened with the machines? Oh NOOOOO. She was standing at the counter happily visiting with a male Customer and no they were not busy no other customers in sight. The look in her eyes said out all"I totally forgot your order because we got to talking" 20 MINUTES!! oh it gets worse now she tells me "I can male it real quick.." I explained that at this point I'm running late for my meeting. The one I really wanted to enjoy coffee and a muffin beforehand. I explained the only reason I didn't just drive off after 20 MINUTES was because it would be rude on my part but believe me I WAS NOT THE RUDE ONE. She never apologized never said very Neddy time you come in I'll male up for wasting 20 MINUTES of you're life while I was visiting...NOTHING SHE GAVE NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'm sure told the people who waffles in after me that I was being rude customer. To male matters worse since she wasted the extra time I set aside before my meeting I couldn't stop anywhere else for my coffee fix. Honestly how does a small business think it will survive todays economy without putting customers first? My hope is that one of our other Lago establishments will see the void and invest in a gourmet coffee bar. Maybe in Lago donut or DuDe's Tacos? if there was a vote for worst customer service in Lago this place would win hands down. Shame to the owner for the example she shows get employees. Well all I can do now is drive to Starbucks and get my mocha made correctly with shot of caffeine included rather charged as an extra? So much for keeping it local when local means bag business.

Chicken sandwich is the best !! Coffee is better then anything around
