Horrible Service. My daughter had her bridesmaids purchase their dresses from this shop. She had five (5) bridesmaids. Three of the five dresses were ordered incorrectly. One being reordered and received a week before the wedding with alterations to be done. I ordered a swatch of the dresses twice which I never received. The manager would not even talk to me made one of her employees call me when I called to make my complaint. Would NEVER use this shop again.

everyone was great. they had a great selection of gowns, and went out of their way to be helpful. it was very nice to be treated special. their advice was helpful and made my wedding so much better.

The owner of the store ordered my dress too short! The dresses did not arrive on the date given by the owner! The owner had an attitude about the dress and had her mother in law call me back with an even worse attitude. The owner agreed to pay for the hem but made a deal with the alterations lady and ended up paying nothing. She refused to refund any of my money and I still had to pay for additional alterations. I would not recommend Sposa Bella to anyone. Additionally, they do not have any dresses in plus sizes in the store. There was one size 16 but it was equivalent to a size 12!!

Worst store EVER!! Horrible customer service. Store manager and salespeople made SEVERAL errors and even admitted to them, but she still refused to follow her own refund policy.
