I love this gym. I am amazed how not matter who is working at the desk they know my name when I come in. They are always willing to help you with any equipment. You can come always come dress as you are and no one will look at you any different. This is a gym for real women where you can workout, get healthy, meet new people and have fun. They also can help you get healthy with your eating habits with the different classes they have. So if you are ready then these ladies are ready for you and will be there all the way for you.

Shades is definitely a modern girl's place to be. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Its only for women so you feel confident whether you are 20 or 70 on the machines or in an aerobics class. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good music good atmoshphere.
