The food here is nasty and very bland. I tried some fried shrimp that was swimming in grease and had no flavor. Gave this place a second try and had a hamburger steak. It was hands down the worse one I've tried. Canned gravy on it, onions only half cooked. Save your money and go somewhere else. There is nothing good at this restaurant. Also, both times I was there the wait staff was not very attentive and it took forever to get our check so we could leave.

Where'd the Fish Go?

This would be a 5 star rating for great Catfish, but, the lunch portions have shrunk in the past few years to just an appetizer. Good location now.

Crawfish bisque is great along with the fried catfish and grilled shrimp. Gumbo weather is near and Nimbeaux's is really good!!

Best Fried Catfish in town

The fried catfish was the best I ever had. Also the home made potato chips were excellent. I would definitely go back.

A good restaurant serving good food. Most of their specialties are fried seafood. Not really the "in" thing these days but flavorful non the less. Crab cakes are very good and not the creamy style that many local places have started serving. The staff is on the ball and provides great service. Some of the best fried catfish around. The owner always has a great joke to pass on to customers.
