Horrible customer service. Will not honor warranty on carpet. Reason was that carpet manufacturer went out of business. Not my problem. Do the right thing and replace the carpet. Was a loyal customer for many years,not anymore. This is why there are no good reviews on this company.

Worst service I've ever received. The job was extremely expensive, was finished three days late, and the sales representive was rude. Never use them.
