I want to send a big thank you to everyone at Trustworthy who helped me get my mother a new washing machine. We got EXCELLENT service - from the owner- Anita- emailing me back with quick responses WAY after hours to Jimmy, who came out to see if he could fix the old machine to Vanessa in the office and Jim and the other installer who brought the new machine out and taught my mom how to use it. Now- if they only had a psychiatrist on staff so we could figure out why my mother insists on keeping the dead old washer down in the basement! We will definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with major appliances.

When the service technician arrived at my home he was polite and he resolved the problem with my dryer in a timely fashion. I will not hesitate to call them again.
