TERRIBLE Had my car for two months but didn't fix it (in fact, it was in worse shape when I got it back) or even so much as give me an estimate, didn't communicate at all, gave me the runaround when I tried to contact them, and had THE WORST customer service. Never, never, never again, and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear as well.

Thrifty did a good job on the oil change (cheap!) Also, they checked and advised the tires didn't need to be rotated as I asked. This was a nice surprise to find an HONEST service place instead of charging me for something that didn't need to be done!
