On first call/email, customer service was great...but quickly went downhill. Went to pick up order and it was not completed properly (sent picture of exactly what we wanted in an email.) Left product there for them to complete and they advised they would deliver to us the next day. A week later, and still no contact, I called to check on order and was placed on hold and then advised I would receive a call back. The next day, after receiving no call back, I called again and was quickly advised the order was in process and would be delivered to me this afternoon (with no explanation of why there has been such a delay.) I paid for my order the first day I tried to pick them up, which was obviously a mistake on my part.
