What Larry did for us was as it should be and he is a role model for Rohrman......we did purchase a Subaru Outback not a Toyota even though we also own a Toyota Sienna.

Quick easy and fun

I had a problematic squeak in the front end of my Toyota Matrix. I asked the service department to locate and estimate the cost of repairing the squeak. They could not find the problem and added two dents each to both of my front fenders! They denied causing the dents of course (take a picture of your car before you leave it there).

terrible service department. everytime you visit the dealership there are all new faces that give you the same run around that the previous people did.

Our van overheated on the interstate 65 and we asked to be towed to the nearest KIA dealer. It was Friday afternoon at 3:30. The Service Manager addressed our problem, and even though it was Friday afternoon he and one of the Service Personnel stayed and tried to fix the problem. When it was determined that parts were required and not in stock, they were ordered for overnight delivery. The Service Manager assisted us in getting a hotel room nearby, and transportation to and from the Dealership. Saturday morning was a zoo as expected, but after the noon closing, The Service Manager and one of the Dealership Personel stayed and fixed our Van. They did not have to fix it Saturday, they chose to. I live in Chicago, and I will bring my van back here for service and repair as necessary in the future.

They are huge corporation, and act like it.
