Our experience with Best Window & Door Company has been a pleasure from start to finish. The staff was friendly, polite and courteous. They explain everything along the way and caught things that the other companies did not, they saved us money. Great price and no hassle.

I recently had new windows put in from Best Window & Door and they were lovely! The sales were relaxed - when it comes to expensive purchases I don't like to be bullied into it and they made me feel comfortable and that I had options. The windows are made in town which means a lot to me and for 10 windows they were installed in less than two days which impressed me. They also put down tarps on the floors and made sure that everything was clean and orderly when they left. Overall it was a really good experience and if we ever need new doors or more windows then I'll be calling them again.

We recently had Best Window & Door order and install 12 ProVia storm windows on our sun porch to make it a 3-season room. The windows are top-of-the-line with a life-time warranty. The two installers were on time, did an excellent job of installation with very nice caulking, plus they cleaned up and hauled away the old materials. We would highly recommend Best Window & Door. The gentlemen that brought and installed our new Best Window and Door entry door did an outstanding and very professional job. They allowed me to ask questions and take pictures without appearing annoyed. I would recommend Bill and Matt for any door or window installation. We already have a houseful of Best Windows and the new entry complements them as well as being very well constructed.

Great sales staff that helped me get exactly what I wanted. Windows made to order on site with a personal touch. Installers were timely, curtious and professional and clean-up was excellent. Price was very comparible and in case the windows needed a slight adjustment - that was done in a timely manner also. I was very pleased!
