Made a reservation online with a credit card and was told at check in I had to run my card again even though we wanted to pay with cash. We canceled the reservation. And they charged my card anyway.
We had a late arrival and needed a place to sleep. All was okay. Hard to look for great when nothing spectacular happened. No special treatment, etc. room was fine, with extra blankets, pillows and quilt. Not even water. We probably will stay again.
